Christina Zurkiwskyj, MA, LPC

Christina has a License in Professional Counseling. She received a Bachelor's of Fine Arts from Wayne State University, and a Master's of Art’s in Professional Counseling through Central Michigan University in 2016. She has had a variety of experience in the mental health field including residential and vocational rehabilitation programs working one on one with clients to reach their goals. She has counseled clients dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, seizure disorders, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, chronic pain, job loss, anger management and relationship issues.

Christina utilizes a humanistic approach, in which the client is the expert in their own life and helps guides them to define and narrate what and how they will overcome the life challenges they are facing. Christina tailors her treatment plans in a holistic manner utilizing evidenced-based interventions and trauma-informed care. Christina will ensure that your story is fully understood and appreciated.
