Sierra Kudsin, LLMSW

Under the direct supervision of Rachel Massimilla, LMSW

Sierra received her Master’s of Clinical Social Work from Michigan State University. Prior to receiving her MSW, Sierra worked as a second grade teacher. Being a teacher allowed Sierra to recognize how much she values helping others and the importance of relationships and connections with others.

Sierra has a passion for empowering individuals of all ages to help build healthy skills for a balanced life and utilizes various modalities during sessions, with a large emphasis on strength-based and person-centered approaches. Sierra believes that every person is different and will benefit from different therapeutic approaches and believes the strongest agent for change in the therapy room is the relationship that the therapist and client build together. Through this relationship, Sierra’s goal is to provide a safe space with compassion and empathy to facilitate positive change for clients to experience a well-balanced life. Sierra enjoys working with clients of all ages and backgrounds.
