Audrey Sayes, LMSW

As a Licensed Clinical Master Social Worker, Audrey is able to provide support and encouragement as you explore and process your past events, learn new coping strategies to manage your current symptoms, and build your overall feelings of positivity.

In the mental health field for over 10 years, Audrey has helped people from various backgrounds and all walks of life learn to manage their symptoms using talk therapy and positive coping strategies, and to address challenges as they arise. A combination of empathy, compassionate listening and trauma-focused strategies are used to help you feel safe and comfortable throughout the therapy experience.

Audrey’s client focus includes children, adults, and elders (65+). She has been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing, has experience applying Psychodynamic theory, and using Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) techniques, multicultural approaches, LGBTQ affirmative techniques, and other trauma-focused strategies. In addition, Audrey has had experience providing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) to children with Autism/Asperger’s.
