Natasha is a limited licensed psychologist who obtained her Bachelor's degrees in Psychological Sciences and Spanish Language & Culture from Purdue University and graduated with her Master's degree in Clinical Behavioral Psychology from Eastern Michigan University. Natasha primarily works with children, teens, and their parents and specializes in trauma, PTSD, self-harm and suicidality, anxiety and depression, and self-esteem issues. She utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), the trauma-focused CBT model, elements of play therapy, and mindfulness techniques with clients. Natasha utilizes these approaches to support and guide clients as they find their inner strength to overcome the challenges they face and reach their therapeutic goals.
