Under the direct supervision of Rachel Massimilla, LMSW

I’ve worked in community mental health centers, advocacy organizations, and early childhood classrooms—experiences that have shaped my holistic and developmentally sensitive approach to care. I specialize in therapy for children and adolescents ages 4–12 offering a warm, creative, and trauma-informed space to explore challenges like family transitions, behavioral concerns, trauma, and school issues. I also work alongside open and motivated parents as they are essential navigators of change—helping them feel more understanding, connected, and equipped to support their child’s emotional needs.

Additionally, I provide therapy for teachers and school professionals. I understand the emotional toll and stress that can come with supporting young people in educational settings, and I offer a space where educators can process their own experiences, build emotional resilience, and rediscover joy in their work. My approach integrates a variety of evidence-based therapies, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), CBT, and utilize art therapy. I also weave in play and art-based methods, especially with younger clients, to make therapy accessible, engaging, and expressive.
