Michelle believes that therapy is not “one size fits all” and uses a variety of different approaches to tailor therapy to the individual. She will often incorporate humor, music, art, and the client’s interests into the therapy room. Michelle believes that each client is the expert in their own lives, and she strives to understand their unique experiences and how that informs thei view of the world. She is committed to providing a warm and inviting environment for her clients, whether in-person or virtually.

Michelle has experience working with a wide variety of different clients and genuinely appreciates the courage and strength it takes to be vulnerable. She knows therapy can often be overwhelming and awkward at times, so she encourages clients to go at their own pace without feeling pressured to open up before they are ready.

Michelle is a temporary limited licensed psychologist who earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida, and her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Wayne State University.
